Who's responsible

Vanta Tweaks, based in Sweden, is responsible for your data. Contact: support@vantatweaks.com.

What we collect, and why

• When you log in with Discord to buy: your Discord user ID and name, and whether you're in our Discord server (we check that, but don't keep your server list). We link your key to your Discord ID so our bot can send it to you and give you the right role.
• When you buy: Stripe, our reseller, collects your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your email and order details, to deliver your key and help you with your order.
• When you activate a key: your license key and a set of hardware fingerprints of your PC. These are one-way hashes: we can recognise your PC again, but we can't see or recover its serial numbers. We also store when the key was activated and last checked. This is how we lock a key to one PC.
• When you use /redeem in Discord: your Discord user ID, linked to your key, so we can give you the right role.
• Server logs: our license server keeps standard request logs (including IP addresses) for a short time, for security.

The free PC Check runs on your PC and keeps its results there, unless you choose to share them with us in a ticket. Its connection test downloads and uploads test data to Cloudflare's speed test servers.

Cookies and storage

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or ad trackers. When you log in with Discord, your browser keeps the login (a Discord access token, with your Discord name and picture) in its own local storage for 7 days, so you stay logged in. It never leaves your browser except to ask our license server who you are. "Log out" removes it. Fonts and images come from this site itself.

Services we use

• GitHub Pages hosts this site and our app downloads. Like any web host, it sees your IP address when you visit.
• Supabase runs our license server and stores license data in the EU (Ireland).
• Stripe handles payments as our reseller.
• Discord handles the login, our server and the messages our bot sends you.
• Cloudflare runs the speed test servers the PC Check's connection test uses.

How long

License data is kept while your key exists. Order details are kept as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires (7 years).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it: write to support@vantatweaks.com. Deleting your license data turns off your key. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

We don't sell your data.
