Refunds

Before you activate

You can cancel within 14 days of buying, as long as you haven't activated your key, and get a full refund.

After you activate

A license is digital content that's delivered when you activate your key, so the 14-day right to cancel ends then. You agree to this with a tick box before you pay.

If an app doesn't work on your PC, open a ticket in our Discord. We answer within 24 hours and try to fix it with you first. If we can't, we look at a refund case by case.

BIOS Tuner works on desktop motherboards with an AMI BIOS, and not on most laptops. If you're unsure whether your PC is supported, ask us before you buy.

How to ask

Open a ticket in our Discord or write to support@vantatweaks.com with your order number. Refunds are paid back through Stripe to the way you paid.
